Kendra had all of the documents in order, and we were able to complete a closing in less than 40 minutes. This was the fastest and most efficient loan closing that I ever did! I am an avid real estate investor most of my closings (from NY) take 2-3 hours. I have done more than 20 closings in my lifetime and this one was the smoothest. I have worked with Kendra for over 6 years. She is always on time, prepared, thorough, and knowledgeable.
